The Nature Conservancy is a global conservation organization dedicated to preserving the plants, animals and natural communities represent the diversity of life on Earth by protecting the lands and waters they need to survive. The Terrestrial Program works in Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Papua. Due to the expansion of our program we are seeking candidates about our mission for the following position :

HCVF SATIAL ANALYST (based in Balikpapan)

The analyst will work with managers and stakeholders to deliver program GIS and mapping requirements including concession and land use planning. Responsibilities include compilation of spatial data, data analysis, spatial planning, coordination, report writing, and occasional field work. Indonesia based post, involves domestic travel only.
