candidate to fill the following position as third party contactor:

GIS PROGRAMMER

Job Description:

GIS Programmer is responsible for developing GIS application especially
Web-GIS application programming, and creating other web-based application
for supporting topography operations.

He or she would work closely with other GIS programmer and GIS Specialist to
deliver an excellent web application. GIS programmer is dedicated and focus
to working on web environment, geospatial database and retrieving data from
other databases

Qualification and experience:

1. Male/female

2. Minimum D3 in IT, Geodesy, Geographic or any other related
field

3. Working location in Balikpapan Base

4. Good knowledge in Geospatial and Mapping Concept

5. Familiar with current and new web technology development

6. At least 5 (five) years working experiences in Web-GIS
Programming

7. Having experience using ESRI’s Software, especially ArcGIS
Server Web application is advantage

8. Mastering HTML, ASP, ASP.NET, VBScript or JavaScript is a must.

9. Good interpersonal skill

10. Good communication skill in English
